What you’ll do

• Design, plan, and implement large-scale digitalisation projects with national reach
• Contribute to the conception and development of software and infrastructure components
• Drive IT security and data protection strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and committees
• Support senior leadership and contribute to workshops and decision-making forums

What you’ll have

• A university degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related MINT field
• At least 5 years’ experience in a relevant IT or architecture role
• Strong understanding of IT security and stakeholder management
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Fluent German (C2 preferred) and good English (B1/B2)

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
• Knowledge of German healthcare IT or telematics infrastructure
