Westernacher Consulting sucht eine erfahrene Solution Advisor SAP EWM (w/m/d) zur Beratung von Kunden in den frühen Transformationsphasen. Sie definieren Anforderungen, bewerten Optionen, erstellen Business Cases und gestalten SAP-EWM-Programme.

Sie führen Discovery-Workshops, Fit-Gap-Analysen und Roadmap-Workshops durch, erstellen überzeugende Präsentationen für Senior Leadership und unterstützen Vertriebs- und Go-To-Market-Teams mit Branchenexpertise.

Qualifications

• Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) und Lagerlogistikprozessen.
• Erfahrung in Lösungsdesign, Fit-Gap-Analysen, Scope-Definition, Aufwandsschätzung und Implementierungsplanung.
• Starkes Geschäftsverständnis mit Erfahrung in Business Case-Entwicklung, Value Engineering, Stakeholder-Management und der Fähigkeit, überzeugende Vorschläge und Präsentationen für Führungskräfte zu erstellen.
• Nahezu muttersprachliches Deutsch und fließendes Englisch, schriftlich wie mündlich.
• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region.
• Eigeninitiative, proaktive Arbeitsweise in einem schnelllebigen, kundenorientierten Umfeld.

Responsabilités

• Leiten von Kunden-Discovery-Workshops, Assessments und Beratungsprojekten zur Ermittlung von Herausforderungen und Ausrichtung der Lösung.
• Kunden bei der Bewertung von SAP EWM-Lösungsoptionen unterstützen und Entscheidungen auf Basis von Geschäftswert und langfristiger Nachhaltigkeit sichern.
• Definition des Implementierungsumfangs, Planungsannahmen, Aufwandsschätzungen und Risikobewertungen für eine erfolgreiche Projektplanung.
• Durchführung von Lösungsbewertungen, Fit-Gap-Analysen, Health Checks und Roadmap-Workshops für prospective Kunden.
• Entwicklung überzeugender Business Cases durch Quantifizierung von ROI, TCO und strategischen Nutzen.
• Präsentationen, Workshops und Demonstrationen gegenüber Key-Pursuits und strategischen Chancen.Beitrag zur Angebotserstellung durch Beratung zu Lösungsqualität, Wert-Argumentation und Konsistenz der Deliverables.
• Unterstützung von Sales- und Go-To-Market-Teams durch Training, Lösungspositionierung und Branchenexpertise.

As a Solution Advisor SAP EWM (f/m/d), you will act as a trusted advisor to customers during the early stages of their transformation journey, helping them define business requirements, evaluate solution options, build business cases, and shape successful SAP EWM programs.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Lead customer discovery workshops, assessments, and advisory engagements to understand business challenges and define solution direction.
• Guide customers in evaluating SAP EWM solution options, challenging assumptions and aligning decisions with business value and long‑term sustainability.
• Define implementation scope, delivery assumptions, effort estimations, and key project risks to support successful project planning.
• Conduct solution assessments, fit-gap analyses, health checks, and roadmap workshops for prospective customers.
• Develop compelling business cases by quantifying ROI, TCO, and strategic business benefits.
• Lead customer-facing presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations for key pursuits and strategic opportunities.
• Contribute to proposal development by ensuring solution quality, value articulation, and consistency across customer deliverables.
• Enable and support sales and go‑to‑market teams through training, solution positioning, and industry expertise.

Your Expertise

• Extensive experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) and warehouse logistics processes.
• Experience in solution design, fit-gap analysis, scope definition, effort estimation, and implementation planning.
• Strong business acumen with experience in business case development, value engineering, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to senior leadership audiences.
• Near-native German and fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced and client‑facing environment.
