Optimus Search is seeking experienced Solid-State Laser Engineers to design, develop, and optimize high-performance laser systems based on Nd and DPSS technology for industrial deployment.

You will work on laser architecture, optical design, system integration, and performance optimisation, collaborating with multidisciplinary R&D teams to take concepts from prototype to reliable, scalable production equipment across manufacturing, medical, aerospace, and research sectors.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and developing Nd and solid-state laser systems.
• Knowledge of DPSS (Diode-Pumped Solid-State) laser architectures.
• Experience with laser resonator design and optimisation.
• Understanding of Q-switching techniques and pulse laser operation.
• Experience with harmonic generation and nonlinear optical processes.
• Knowledge of laser amplification principles and optical gain media.
• Practical experience with optical alignment, beam characterisation, and beam quality optimisation.
• Experience taking laser concepts from prototype through to reliable system performance.
