Job Title:

Solar Inverter Channel Manager (m/f/d) – Graduate Program

Job Location:

• Nuremberg, Germany
• Business travel within Germany

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage existing channel partners and help to build and maintain strong relations with our stakeholders
• Support the channel management team in setting up channel strategies as well as its execution
• Get actively involved in marketing and branding activities to push the general marketing for a successful channel business
• Coordinate internal supporting platforms such as fulfillment, supply chain, product management etc. to ensure the channel partners receive the necessary products, documents and support
• Support the growth of the channel business by liaising with Account Managers for potential synergies in the market
• Support in reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

• Graduate Student with Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering or Business domain with focus on Energy
• Ideally first experience within solar industry due to internships or working student roles
• Ability to read, understand and interpret relevant information on electrical schematic diagrams and specifications to design actions accordingly
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as interpersonal and teamwork skills to succeed in a fast-paced, international business environment

Language requirements:

• Fluent in German and fluent in English
