Manning Global AG is recruiting a Solar BESS Solution Manager to join a leading international client in Germany. The role focuses on evaluating, designing, and communicating energy storage solutions for utility-scale projects.

You will engage with customer technical executives, develop market insights, and support market expansion while staying abreast of industry trends and technology developments in renewables.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical automation, renewable energy or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years experience in PV inverter or BESS, or related domains.
• Experience in solar energy engineering consultancy, utility EPC/developer, or policy/regulatory context.

• Evaluating and developing battery energy storage solutions for utility-scale BESS projects.
• Designing and guiding technical advantages in project development with customers' executives.

Manning Global, a premier global staffing and managed services provider specialising in worldwide leading sectors such as ICT, Engineering, AI, Automotive and Energy is recruiting for a Solar BESS Solution Manager on behalf of one of their blue chip international clients to join their organisation in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating and developing battery energy storage solutions in various scenarios (mainly on utility scale BESS projects), and regularly make market insights and analyze the application scenarios and business models of energy storage technologies.
• Deeply participating in the solution design of utility scale battery energy storage projects, establishing communication with customer’s technical executives to guide technical advantages, and support successful project development and market expansion.
• Participating in activities such as industry exhibitions and technical communications, grasp the industry development trend, and demonstrate the company's professional image.
• Understanding the mainstream battery energy storage technical solutions, understanding customer pain points, and guiding future product design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, in electrical automation, renewable energy or other related fields.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in at least one of the following:
• The PV inverter or BESS manufacturer.
• Solar/ inverter/ BESS/ power electronics test lab.
• Standard development or certification organization.
• Renewable energy engineering consultancy firm.
• Utility solar PV power plant EPC/developer company.
• policy making entity/ regulator/ authority related to solar energy.Ability to work
