Applied Intuition, Munich, is seeking a Software Engineer - Virtualization (Vehicle OS) to streamline developer workflows and deployment infrastructure for complex automotive systems.

You will build robust HIL/SIL validation pipelines, scale tooling across lifecycle stages, and improve automation via cloud-based CI/CD. Join a team optimizing software velocity and reliability in embedded automotive domains.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of relevant experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Some experience using Python, Go, Java, or Kotlin.
• Experience working in automotive.
• Experience with CI, build, and deployment technologies like Bazel, Buildkite, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins, and scripting for automation.
• Experience in embedded systems, automotive simulation, or xIL (MIL/SIL/HIL) testing.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and automotive toolchains like dSPACE VEOS/ControlDesk or ETAS/Vector toolchains.
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and AUTOSAR architectures.
• Experience with Linux and/or ARM systems.

About the role

You will streamline developer workflows and deployment infrastructure for complex automotive systems, identifying friction to improve velocity and reliability. By building robust HIL/SIL validation pipelines and leveraging cloud-based CI/CD, you will evolve the tooling and automation platforms necessary to scale modern embedded software development across the entire lifecycle.
