Die Deutsche Telekom IT GmbH sucht einen Software Engineer (m/f/d/x) zur Weiterentwicklung von Software für Produkte und Dienstleistungen. Sie klären Anforderungen, programmieren, installieren und administrieren Software und erstellen Dokumentationen.

Sie arbeiten an Testautomatisierung, unterstützen Lifecycle-Management und bringen Kenntnisse in KI-Technologien und modernen Automatisierungstools mit. Mehrsprachige Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams wird erwartet.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Fach.
• Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in C/C++ und Python, sowie fundierte SQL-Kenntnisse.
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung embeded Systeme, RobotStudio, STEP7/TIA Portal, MATLAB, KiCad und LTspice.
• Gute IT-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in Automatisierung und Datenverarbeitung, z. B. Power Automate, Databricks und Tableau.
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung bzw. Integration von KI-gestützten Softwarelösungen, insbesondere mit LLMs, MCP, n8n, LangGraph, LangFlow und idealerweise Playwright.
• Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen, Incident-Management und Workflow-Systemen.
• Erfahrung in der Modernisierung/ Migration von Legacy-Anwendungen und in der Entwicklung technischer Lösungsansätze für komplexe Migrationsszenarien.
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung oder Anpassung von Plugins, Skills und Agents für Automations- und KI-Anwendungsfälle.
• Bereitschaft, Mitarbeitende zu schulen und komplexe technische Use Cases zu strukturieren.
• Hohes Lern- und Anpassungsvermögen sowie Teamarbeit in interdisziplinären, internationalen Teams.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1 in beiden Sprachen).
• Dieser Job wird auch in Teilzeit angeboten.

Description

• As a Software Engineer (m/f/d/x) you are responsible for the further development and development of specific software for products and services throughout the entire development process within your area of responsibility, developing a wide range of new functionalities across various subsystems and services.
• You are responsible for clarifying requirements within your area of responsibility and adapting the software for specific products and services.
• You carry out the corresponding programming activities (coding) and are responsible for the installation, configuration and administration of software for specific products and services.
• You create and maintain software documentation within your area of responsibility and support the lifecycle management of the developed software for products and services by proactively contributing your own ideas and suggestions for improvement.
• You contribute to the design of test automation and the execution of tests

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field or a comparable qualification
• Very good programming skills in C/C++ and Python, as well as sound knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in the development of embedded systems as well as working with RobotStudio, STEP7/TIA Portal, MATLAB, KiCad and LTspice.
• Very good general IT skills as well as experience in automation and data processing, particularly with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Databricks and Tableau.
• Experience in the design, development and integration of AI-powered software solutions, particularly with Large Language Models (LLMs), Model Context Protocol (MCP), n8n, LangGraph, LangFlow and, ideally, Playwright.
• Experience in the automation of IT processes, particularly incident ticketing and workflow systems, as well as in the analysis and optimization of existing processes.
• Experience in the analysis, modernization and migration of legacy applications, as well as in the development of technical solution approaches for complex migration scenarios.
• Experience in the development or adaptation of plugins, skills and agents for automation and AI use cases, as well as in the integration of modern AI technologies into existing software landscapes.
• Experience in enablement and consulting of employees and teams in the introduction of modern software and AI solutions, as well as in structuring complex technical use cases.
• A high willingness to learn and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies and unfamiliar topics to view challenges as learning opportunities and to continuously build knowledge.
• Enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary and international teams, combined with a high level of initiative, strong analytical thinking skills and intrinsic motivation.
• Initial experience as a speaker, presenter or moderator (e.g. at conferences, meetups, universities or internal events) or the willingness to actively take on this role and communicate technical content in an understandable way.
• Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in each language)
