What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain thecore frameworkand critical backend components of the trading engine

• Profile and optimise performance acrossCPU, memory, network
• Build high-availability,low-latency applicationsthat improve platform performance
• Take full ownership of systems end-to-end and contribute to shaping technical standards and engineering culture

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 3+ years of professionalC++ developmentexperience (modern C++ preferred)
• Strong understanding ofdistributed systems, event-driven architecture, and high-performance backend environments
• Experience designing systems with a focus onconcurrency, performance, and scalability
• A security-first approach, with the ability to debug across OS, network, and application layers
