What You’ll Do

• Lead, organize, or support projects from start to finish
• Set and gather requirements for software and hardware projects
• Design software architectures and frameworks for real-time applications
• Develop robust, reliable, and maintainable software for hardware systems
• Participate in code reviews and uphold high code quality standards
• Develop scalable interfaces for users and applications
• Troubleshoot and debug software/hardware applications
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve extraordinary technical challenges

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, or similar (Master’s degree preferred)
• Job experience preferred but not required
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Proficient in at least one of these programming languages: C/C++ or Python
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices
• Experience with databases and Linux operating systems
• Proficient with Git for version control and team collaboration
• Preferred: Familiarity with calibration, localization, and motion planning
• Preferred: Experience with ROS/ROS2
• Preferred: Knowledge of computer vision and machine learning
• Capable of clear communication and able to work both independently and with team goals in mind
• Methodical, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Strong hands-on mentality and attention to project details
• Adaptable, startup mindset, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Enjoy collaboration and working closely with colleagues
