As a Python Software Engineer, you will design and implement intelligent, scalable AI solutions. You'll collaborate closely with senior engineering leadership, contribute your ideas, and play a key role in shaping our technical products.

Your Responsibilities

• AI Feature Development: Create and enhance advanced AI-driven capabilities such as visual search, content similarity detection, automatic tagging, and data-driven insights
• API & Architecture: Design and build scalable REST APIs, and contribute to the evolution of our system architecture
• Data Integration: Work with MongoDB and Postgres to optimise data flows and support efficient, reliable data handling
• Code Quality: Maintain high standards for clean, maintainable code and engage actively in peer code reviews
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management and design teams to deliver user-focused solutions

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional experience in Python development — ideally in AI, data processing, or backend systems
• Experience with REST APIs, MongoDB and/or Postgres
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and modern development tooling and infrastructure
• Excellent German and English language skills (C1 or higher)

Sets You Apart

• Understanding of microservice architectures
• Practical experience with AI models or machine learning workflows
• Experience working with data pipelines or deployment automation tools
