Qualifikationen

• Several years of hands‑on experience with Visual Studio 2017 and MSVC toolchains (v141).
• Confident use of CMake, MSBuild, and build generators; experience with Ninja is an advantage.
• Experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins and/or GitLab CI) and configuring Windows build agents.
• Solid knowledge of C++ (build‑failure analysis, linkers, ABI/CRT fragilities).
• Experience with compiler/toolchain migrations (e.g., VS2015 → VS2017) and handling incompatibilities.
• Good knowledge of Batch/PowerShell and Python for automating installation, provisioning, and tests.
• Experience with automated testing and test frameworks (ideally Boost.Test).
• Analytical, independent working style and experience creating rollout/fallback strategies.
• Very good spoken and written German is required.
