Job summary

CT Ingenieros, A.A.I, S.L seeks a Software Developer focused on Modeling & Simulation to join Lake Constance projects. You will contribute to simulation environments used to model and analyze real-world systems across aviation, automotive, and industrial domains.

You will work in agile teams, design and extend simulation frameworks, and integrate hardware and software interfaces while applying modern C++ and OO design principles. English and German proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Software Developer - Modeling & Simulation (m/f/d)

who is passionate about software engineering, simulation technologies, and the development of complex systems.

In this role, you will work within agile project teams, contributing to the development and enhancement of simulation environments used to model and analyze real-world systems across various domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting proposal preparation and effort estimation activities.
• Collaborating independently with customers, project partners, and research organizations.
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  
• Initial experience in software development, simulation, or technical software projects.
  
• Practical programming experience with C++ (ideally C++11, C++14, C++17, or newer).
  
• Understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented design.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  
• Fluent German and English communication skills.
  

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas is considered advantageous:

• Qt and GUI development.
  
• Agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
  
• Jira and Confluence.
  
• Version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
  
• 3D visualization and graphics technologies.

Senior-Level Profile (Preferred for Extended Responsibilities)
