XPLM Solution GmbH is seeking a Software Developer ECAD (m/f/d) to join our exceptional team in Dresden. You will develop customized integrations between ECAD and PLM systems, from conception to implementation, and manage the project at the customer site.

You will build object-oriented applications using .NET, C++, Java, C#, and related frameworks, craft technical concepts, document your work, and ensure quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Willingness to learn
• Fluent in German and English (spoken/written)

Responsibilities

• Develop customized integrations between ECAD and PLM systems from conception to implementation
• Manage the entire project including maintenance and customer-site deployment
• Create technical concepts for integration and interface solutions
• Develop object-oriented applications using modern languages and design patterns
• Cover development from conception to documentation and QA
• Qualify, maintain and further develop software at customer sites or remotely
• Oversee integration into the existing IT landscape and support commissioning

XPLM Solution GmbH is seeking a Software Developer ECAD (m/f/d) to join our exceptional team!

What You'll Be Doing

• You will be responsible for developing customized integrations between ECAD and PLM systems, from conception to implementation.
• You will be responsible for managing the entire project, including maintenance, further development and integration at the customer’s site.
• Based on specific technical requirements, you will develop well-thought-out technical concepts for integration and interface solutions.
• You will develop object-oriented applications using modern programming languages and software development methods (e.g. design patterns, clean code and test automation).
• You will be responsible for the entire development project, from conception and implementation to documentation and quality assurance.
• You will also be responsible for qualifying, maintaining and further developing the software, both internally and at the customer’s site or remotely.
• You will oversee the integration into the existing IT landscape, providing assistance with commissioning and support.

Your Skill Set

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification (university, technical college)
• Willingness to learn
• In-depth knowledge of .NET, C++, Java, C#, COM/COM+, XML, and ideally Ruby and the corresponding frameworks
• Experience working with PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter or Oracle Agile is an advantage
  
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work with a strong focus on customer needs
• Communication in German and English (fluent in both written and spoken)
