Your contribution:

• Design, develop, test, and implement robust C# applications and services for healthcare solutions, especially focusing on complex algorithms (e.g. DRG- & PEPP-Grouper implementations)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and reliability
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in software development, particularly within the healthcare sector
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the future of our software systems
• Taking technical responsibility for our Grouper implementation

What you bring along:

• Extensive experience with C# / .NET Core
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid database knowledge (SQL, Entity Framework)
• Passion for algorithms and their implementation
• Agile team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of healthcare systems (e.g. hospital billing, Grouper)
• Understanding of healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7)
• Familiar with modern dev practices (CI/CD, Agile)
• Experience with Angular or React
