A leading IT consulting provider in Berlin is looking for a candidate to design IT security concepts and architectures. The ideal applicant has several years of experience, a degree in Computer Science, and is fluent in German. This role offers flexible working hours and a good work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Practical knowledge of IT security standards such as ISO 27001, BSI – Grundschutz, NIS, and cloud infrastructure.
• High level of self-confidence to act as a central contact for customers.

Responsibilities

• Design IT security concepts and software architectures for complex projects with high safety and data‑protection requirements.
• Lead threat modeling, risk assessment and the creation of security architecture solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers and external partners to implement security and functional requirements efficiently.
• Act as Competence Center Lead Digital Security to shape, communicate and expand our internal expertise in digital security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in designing software architectures or equivalent roles.
• Practical knowledge of IT security standards such as ISO 27001, BSI – Grundschutz, NIS and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, initiative and a structured work style.
• High level of self‑confidence to act as a central contact for our customers and the ability to present complex technical matters understandably.
• Fluent German and very good English.
