Job summary

Gymondo seeks a Social Media Marketing Intern to support our team in building and developing our social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will contribute ideas, learn channel management, and take on responsibilities from day one—from content ideas to implementation and performance analysis.

You will assist with strategy development, editorial planning, video content creation, caption writing, and campaign support.

Qualifications

• Student in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Initial experience with or strong interest in social media, video content, and storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube.
• Creative, proactive working style with a hands-on mentality.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of Gymondo's social media strategy on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Help create and maintain editorial plans aligned with our brand and marketing goals.
• Create and edit video content and develop platform-specific formats.
• Support the coordination of post-production, write captions, and plan content distribution.
• Collaborate on social media projects—from concept to publication—and accompany campaigns, product launches, and feature releases.
• Assist with social media reporting for events and on-site content creation.
• Manage the Gymondo community on our channels, moderate comments and messages, and contribute to building a positive, inclusive community.
• Monitor social media trends and platform updates and bring your own ideas for new content formats.
• Help with tracking and analyzing content performance and translate insights into concrete actions.
