Role summary

This role will own short‑form content creation and community across Social Media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn. It will be responsible for owning the social media strategy with guidance from Marketing colleagues. The primary duties include creating engaging videos, keeping conversations alive, and moderating comments to improve brand reputation and drive engagement.

Tasks
  • Content creation: produce UGC‑style videos, Reels and TikToks including editing. Write hooks, captions, and CTAs. Ship trends fast.
  • On‑camera presence: appear in videos when helpful. Coach teammates to be camera‑ready.
  • Community management: reply in comments with personality and strategic replies to boost engagement. Keep threads active.
  • Ad comment moderation: monitor and moderate comments on ads. Escalate issues fast.
  • Publishing ops: maintain a simple content calendar.
  • Design: create thumbnails and simple assets in Figma or Canva as needed.
  • Analytics: track views, engagement, saves, watch time and click‑through. Share weekly learnings.

Requirements
