Pitch is seeking a confident and creative marketer to spearhead engaging short-form content. You will star in social video, leaning on your personality to create fun and insightful content, while driving leadership marketing and capturing footage at events.

You'll own Pitch's social channels, work with external partners, and test new formats across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok in a remote-first setup.

• Charismatic and clear communicator who can be the face of Pitch’s social content.
• Know what works best on different channels and how content differs (TikTok vs YouTube Shorts).
• Energetic self-starter eager to experiment with formats and ideas.
• Strong copywriting and video editing skills; familiarity with Riverside, SproutSocial, or similar tools.
• Experience running content marketing and social media at a fast-growing company.

Camera's rolling and we need our star. We're looking for a confident and creative marketer to spearhead the creation of engaging short-form content. You'll star in social video, leaning on your personality to create fun, insightful, and engaging content, playing with the latest trends and experimenting with new content ideas. The role also involves driving leadership marketing, interviewing experts and customers, and capturing video at in-person events. You'll also get to own Pitch's social channels and collaborate with external partners to distribute content effectively

What you’ll do

• Record video content; whether solo or in collaboration with Pitchers, customers, experts, and partners; both remote and in-person
• Edit social video and create cutdowns of longer pieces, e.g. to provide content for ads
• Draft short form written content and create social posts, driving publication via SproutSocial
• Attend marketing events and meet-ups to record short-form content and soundbites
• Experiment with different content and video formats, and with different social platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Orchestrate leadership marketing on social, whether ghost-writing or helping leaders to create their own
• Collaborate with marketing teammates to help communicate product updates, launches, and campaign moments

Requirements

• You are a passionate social content creator, likely with a personal following, as well as experience growing brand social profiles across multiple channels at once
• You are a charismatic and clear communicator who wants to be the face of Pitch’s social content
• You know exactly what what works best on different channels and how content needs to differ between channels, e.g. TikTok vs YouTube Shorts
• You are an energetic self-starter who’s eager to experiment with different formats and test new content ideas
• You bring solid copywriting and video editing skills, and are familiar with Riverside, SproutSocial, or similar tools
• You are experienced in running content marketing and/or social media and creating video content at a fast-growing companyYou are a personable and accountable team player who works well with — and elevates — colleagues and external stakeholders
