Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced DevOps/Infra Engineer to automate Linux host lifecycle management, patching, and image creation. You will migrate Ansible components from a monorepo into isolated repositories, debug complex production issues, and design tooling to support scalable infrastructure.

You will collaborate with security to embed FedRAMP requirements and lead workload transitions to Kubernetes clusters in a hybrid cloud/on-prem environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM required or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years Linux production experience.
• Experience with Python or Ruby for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with Ansible at scale.
• Experience debugging complex system issues.
• Ability to work in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.

• Partner with security and compliance teams to embed FedRAMP requirements into our infrastructure-as-code.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in STEM and 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with Linux in a production environment.
• Experience with Python or Ruby for infrastructure automation and scripting.
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management at scale.
• Experience debugging complex system issues across OS, performance, and service layers.
• Ability to work in a hybrid cloud and on-prem environment.

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in Linux host lifecycle management, infrastructure automation using Python or Ruby, and configuration management with Ansible. Proven ability to debug complex system issues and implement security and compliance measures in cloud environments.
