Your Tasks:

• Direct and coordinate installers and assemblers on-site
• Manage subcontractor activities, ensuring smooth integration with project schedules
• Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
• Plan and designate appropriate areas for storing and using materials efficiently
• Maintain order on-site, addressing any operational or logistical challenges
• Quickly identify and solve problems to prevent delays and ensure project progress

Your Background:

• Previous experience in construction site coordination or a similar role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of construction quality management and site logistics
• Ability to work independently and make effective decisions
