RxREVU, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to lead the Production Center, directing a team of over 200 employees to achieve lean, high-quality reconditioning of vehicles.

You will coordinate daily operations and drive efficiency to sustain throughput. You will align with Berlin HQ, scale capacity from initiation to full capacity, and nurture relationships with local partners while onboarding and developing teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in automotive or production/manufacturing.
• Experience leading a large team (80+ people).
• Degree in business or supply chain management.
• Experience scaling ramp-up operations.
• Proven ability to optimize processes on the shop floor.
• Excellent German and English communication.

Your new role

• Lead a production center of more than 200 employees in the most professional and most lean way
• Plan and run the day-to-day operations at the production center to achieve best-in-class car quality and output optimization while staying cost efficient
• Scale up production capacities from scratch to the desired max. capacity in order to keep up with our growth
• Build up, manage and improve relationships within our local network of partners
• Align on targets and resources directly with Berlin HQ and be responsible for process implementation on site incl. building strong teams by providing the proper onboarding and training
• Take concrete measures to improve performance and ensure a strong continuous improvement culture among our teams on site

Qualifications

Your skills

• 8+ years experience within the automotive industry or a production or manufacturing environment
• Absolute superb team management skills, previous experience leading and managing a large team of minimum 80 people (directly and indirectly)
• University degree in business, supply chain management or similar
• Experience in rapidly scaling businesses or demonstrated success in a leading position within a ramp-up operation is an advantage
• Previous track record of optimizing processes and achieving efficiencies by leveraging production, logistics, or shop floor operations
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
