Denys Germany seeks an experienced Site Manager to coordinate a project section, lead teams, and ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence on major infrastructure sites.

You will drive on-site planning, manage resources, and collaborate with clients and authorities to deliver milestones and compliant results. Fluency in Spanish and English (B2) and a valid driving licence are required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualifications with site management experience.
• Experienced in infrastructure or civil engineering projects on-site.
• Strong leadership and clear on-site communication.

Your Responsibilities

• Site Management: You coordinate your section of the construction site and ensure that deadlines, quality standards and budgets are met.
• Team Management: You lead construction and installation teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Safety & Compliance: You ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Resource Management: You plan and manage personnel, materials, machinery and deliveries.
• Measurement & Billing: You support progress measurement, variation management and the billing of completed work.
• Coordination: You liaise with clients, authorities and other project stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Qualifications & Experience: You hold a degree in civil engineering, a qualification as a certified engineering technician, or an advanced qualification as a construction foreman or master craftsman in civil engineering. You also have several years of site management experience in infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Leadership: You lead teams confidently and assert yourself effectively on site.
• Working Style: You work in a structured, commercially minded and solution-oriented manner.
• Technical Expertise: You are familiar with relevant construction processes and regulations and are confident using digital tools.
• Communication: You communicate clearly and purposefully with all stakeholders and have strong Spanish and English language skills at B2 level or above.
• Mobility: You hold a validdriving licence and are available to work regularly at our project sites.
