The ideal candidate should have a background in business administration or engineering and several years of management experience, preferably in an international setting. You will be responsible for budget management, sales, and expanding customer relationships within the Bulgarian market. Your Profile

Completed studies in business administration, engineering or comparable training

Several years of management experience, ideally in an international environment

Very good knowledge of the Bulgarian market and economic conditions

Entrepreneurial thinking, strong hands‑on mentality and negotiation skills

Business fluent in Bulgarian and English, knowledge of German is an advantage

Willingness to travel within Europe
