You will :

• be responsible for the management and maintenance of the properties assigned to you and ensure that our parking garages are operated properly
• take comprehensive care of sales, cost and quality management
• be the first point of contact for our local contractual partners
• in the role of site manager, you will lead your team on site, create duty rosters, and ensure the motivation, coordination, and development of the team
