Capstone Recruitment UK is seeking an experienced Site Logistics Manager to support a major data centre project in Frankfurt. You will coordinate materials, deliveries, and personnel, ensuring safe, efficient operations on site.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will develop logistics plans, manage inventories, lift planning, and work with HSE teams to uphold standards on a busy construction site.

Qualifikationen

• Previous logistics management experience on major construction projects.
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable.
• Strong coordination with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Practical knowledge of site deliveries, material storage and inventory management.
• Ability to develop and manage logistics plans aligned with construction programmes.
• Good understanding of health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Technical lifting experience would be advantageous.
• SMSTS or SSSTS and First Aid qualifications are desirable.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages would be advantageous.
• Willingness to be site‑based in Frankfurt.

• Manage delivery schedules, access routes and storage areas to support the construction programme.

• Monitor inventory levels, reconcile stock and identify supply-chain risks.
• Oversee logistics operatives and coordinate resource requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and elevate significant risks when necessary.
• Work closely with the construction and HSE teams to maintain safe logistics operations.
• Support the coordination of lifting activities where required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Secure relevant permits for transportation, deliveries and site access.
• Manage logistics budgets and monitor transportation and storage costs.
• Identify waste, improve processes and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain logistics trackers, records and progress reports.
• Promote consistent logistics standards and continuous improvement across the project.
