Main tasks:

• Maintaining an accurate inventory of IT equipment
• Planning hardware upgrades and replacing outdated devices
• Reconfiguring hardware based on user requirements
• Logging user incidents and requests
• Troubleshooting issues and responding to inquiries
• Providing first-level support & handling second-level support
• Preparing monthly reports
• Communicating use guidelines for IT equipment and supporting the local IT organization
• Back-office support (network & servers)

Profile:

• Student of IT, Computer Science or related
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
• Strong communication skills for interacting with users and documenting issues
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Proficient in English; German is a plus
• Willingness to learn
