OPmobility is seeking a Site Finances Controlling Manager to partner with the Site Director and leadership team to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across the site. You will lead reporting and variance analysis to support decision-making in a global mobility context.

Key requirements include a Master's in Finance or related field, 5+ years in Controlling/Finance, and fluency in German and English. SAP and Excel skills are essential to drive productivity and excellence.

• At least 5 years in Controlling/Finance in automotive or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting.
• Experience partnering with operations management teams.

• Excel advanced; SAP experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the Site Director and leadership team to support the management and performance of the site
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes in collaboration with all site departments
• Monitor, analyze, and challenge financial performance against budget and forecast targets and drive corrective action plans
• Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of monthly financial results, forecasts, risks and opportunities, and investment performance to the Business Unit
• Analyze variances and identify root causes of deviations from financial and operational targets
• Drive productivity improvement initiatives and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of action plans
• Oversee and continuously improve the site's financial and information systems to support operational excellence
• Lead and develop the Finance fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement; implement and improve structures within the department
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, internal controls, and reporting standards

Profile :

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or Business Analysis within the automotive industry or a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles
• Proven experience in partnering with operational management teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on mindset
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is considered an asset
