Zusammenfassung

AHEAD in Germany seeks an experienced AI delivery lead with deep ServiceNow expertise and proven production AI experience. You will translate business outcomes into secure, governed AI applications and lead delivery across at least one product suite beyond core platform work.

You will build Now Assist skills and AI agents, including prompt engineering and evaluation, while promoting responsible AI practices. The role offers flexible work arrangements and a strong benefits package.
