We Love X in Berlin sucht einen SEO Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der sich um die Optimierung unserer Affiliate-Portfolios kümmert und organisches Wachstum durch gezielte SEO-Maßnahmen erzielt.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Publishern zusammen, entwickeln Content-Strategien, Keyword-Clustering und On-/Off-Page-Maßnahmen, um Rankings und Traffic nachhaltig zu steigern.

Qualifikationen

• Umfassende Erfahrung in Suchmaschinenoptimierung (on-page/off-page).
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, auch bei Stakeholder-Kommunikation.
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung.
• Proaktive Arbeitsweise, selbstständige Arbeitsplanung.
• Erfahrung in schnelllebiger Startup-Umgebung vorteilhaft.
• Erfahrung in Affiliate- oder iGaming-Branche von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Entwickeln und implementieren langfristiger SEO-Strategien für bestehende Affiliate-Seiten.
• Rollen bei der Verbesserung der Rankings von Money Pages, Content Audits und Intent Mapping.
• Leiten von Backlink-Kampagnen und Koordination mit Agenturen und Publishern.
• Unterstützen beim Launch neuer Affiliate-Seiten von Grund auf.
• Schnelle Reaktion auf Algorithmus-Updates und Anpassung der Traffic-Strategie.

We're looking for an SEO Manager to get hands-on with our affiliate portfolio and grow it. You'll work directly with some of the biggest publishers in the world, and your work will show up in the numbers — fast. You'll work across two areas: driving more revenue out of affiliate sites that are already live, and helping take brand-new sites from a blank page to go-live — keyword clustering, content structure, stakeholder coordination, the whole build. Every Google update, every new market, every publisher conversation is something you'll get your hands on. At WLX, SEO isn't a support function — it's a driving force. This is what you'll do

• Drive revenue growth on existing affiliate sites:Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies, and own the on-page and off-page work that moves the needle.
• Improve and maintain rankings on key money pages:Run content audits, apply intent mapping, and improve CTR and SERP feature capture on your highest-value pages.
• Lead backlink campaigns:Build and execute link-building strategies across multiple affiliate sites, working with agencies, forums, and outreach partners to strengthen domain authority.
• Help take new affiliate sites live:Own keyword clustering, topic mapping, and content structure based on market and competitor research, and coordinate with stakeholders to get new sites launched from scratch.
• React fast when the landscape shifts:Assess the impact of Google algorithm updates, figure out what happened and why, and put a clear plan in place to recover traffic — without getting stuck in the noise.

• Extensive SEO experience, with strong, hands-on expertise in both on-page and off-page work, and a track record of driving organic growth at scale.
• Fluent in German and English, confident in operating with stakeholders in both languages.
• Strong analytical thinking and prioritisation skills — you know what moves the needle and can back your decisions with data.
• Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable owning your workstream without needing to be told what's next.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flat, startup-style environment.
• Experience in iGaming or other affiliate marketing industries is a plus.
