We Love X in München sucht eine erfahrene SEO-Managerin bzw. einen SEO-Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit zur Betreuung des Affiliate-Portfolios. Sie arbeiten eng mit großen Publishern zusammen und treiben die SEO-Initiativen voran, um Traffic und Umsatz zu steigern.

Sie bringen umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Affiliate-/iGaming-Umfeld oder vergleichbaren Branchen mit, sind fließend Deutsch und Englisch, und arbeiten eigenständig in einem agilen Startup-Umfeld mit direkter Einflussnahme auf Ergebnisse.

Qualifikationen

• Umfassende SEO-Erfahrung, sowohl On-Page als auch Off-Page.
• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch, sicherer Umgang mit Stakeholdern in beiden Sprachen.
• Starke analytische Denkweise und Priorisierungsfähigkeiten.
• Proaktiv, eigenständig und zielorientiert.

Aufgaben

• Revenue-Wachstum bestehender Affiliate-Seiten steigern und Langzeit-SEO-Strategien implementieren.
• Ranking von Money Pages verbessern, Inhalte auditieren und Conversion-Optimierung vorantreiben.
• Backlink-Kampagnen führen und Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Agenturen und Partnern.
• Neue Affiliate-Seiten von Grund auf konzipieren, Keyword-Clustering und Content-Struktur koordinieren.

We're looking for an SEO Manager to get hands-on with our affiliate portfolio and grow it. You'll work directly with some of the biggest publishers in the world, and your work will show up in the numbers — fast.

You’ll work across two areas: driving more revenue out of affiliate sites that are already live, and helping take brand-new sites from a blank page to go-live — keyword clustering, content structure, stakeholder coordination, the whole build. Every Google update, every new market, every publisher conversation is something you’ll get your hands on.

This is what you'll do

• Drive revenue growth on existing affiliate sites:Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies, and own the on-page and off-page work that moves the needle.
• Improve and maintain rankings on key money pages:Run content audits, apply intent mapping, and improve CTR and SERP feature capture on your highest-value pages.
• Lead backlink campaigns:Build and execute link-building strategies across multiple affiliate sites, working with agencies, forums, and outreach partners to strengthen domain authority.
• Help take new affiliate sites live:Own keyword clustering, topic mapping, and content structure based on market and competitor research, and coordinate with stakeholders to get new sites launched from scratch.
• React fast when the landscape shifts:Assess the impact of Google algorithm updates, figure out what happened and why, and put a clear plan in place to recover traffic — without getting stuck in the noise.

• Extensive SEO experience, with strong, hands-on expertise in both on-page and off-page work, and a track record of driving organic growth at scale.
• Fluent in German and English, confident in operating with stakeholders in both languages.
• Strong analytical thinking and prioritisation skills — you know what moves the needle and can back your decisions with data.
• Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable owning your workstream without needing to be told what's next.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flat, startup-style environment.
• Experience in iGaming or other affiliate marketing industries is a plus.
