Qualifikationen

• Umfassende SEO-Erfahrung mit Hands-on-Expertise in On-Page- und Off-Page-SEO.
• Deutsch und Englisch fließend, sicher im Umgang mit Stakeholdern in beiden Sprachen.
• Starke analytische Denkweise und Priorisierungskompetenz.

Aufgaben

• Umsatzwachstum auf bestehenden Affiliate-Seiten vorantreiben: Langfristige SEO-Strategien entwickeln und On-Page/Off-Page-Arbeit verantworten.
• Rankings auf wichtigen Money Pages verbessern und Content-Audits durchführen.
• Backlink-Kampagnen führen: Links von Agenturen, Foren und Outreach-Partnern aufbauen und steuern.

This is what you'll do

• Drive revenue growth on existing affiliate sites: Develop und implement long-term SEO strategies, und own the on-page und off-page work that moves the needle.
• Improve und maintain rankings on key money pages: Run content audits, apply intent mapping, und improve CTR und SERP feature capture on your highest-value pages.
• Lead backlink campaigns: Build und execute link-building strategies across multiple affiliate sites, working with agencies, forums, und outreach partners to strengthen domain authority.
• Help take new affiliate sites live: Own keyword clustering, topic mapping, und content structure based on market und competitor research, und coordinate with stakeholders to get new sites launched from scratch.
• React fast when the landscape shifts: Assess the impact of Google algorithm updates, figure out what happened und why, und put a clear plan in place to recover traffic — without getting stuck in the noise.

• Extensive SEO experience, with strong, hands-on expertise in both on-page und off-page work, und a track record of driving organic growth at scale.
• Fluent in German und English, confident in operating with stakeholders in both languages.
• Strong analytical thinking und prioritisation skills — you know what moves the needle und can back your decisions with data.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flat, startup-style environment.
• Experience in iGaming or other affiliate marketing industries is a plus.
