We Love X sucht eine/n SEO Manager Affiliate (m/w/d) in Vollzeit am Standort Frankfurt. Sie arbeiten an two Bereichen: Umsatzsteigerung bestehender Affiliate-Sites und Aufbau neuer Projekte von Grund auf.

Sie verfügen über umfangreiche SEO‑Erfahrung, beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch sicher, treffen datenbasierte Entscheidungen und arbeiten eigenständig in einem schnelllebigen Startup-Umfeld. Erfahrung im Affiliate-Marketing ist wünschenswert.

Qualifikationen

• Umfassende SEO-Erfahrung mit nachweisbarer Steigerung organischer Reichweite.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Umgehen mit Stakeholdern in beiden Sprachen.
• Starkes analytisches Denken und Priorisierungsfähigkeit – datengetriebene Entscheidungen.
• Proaktive, eigenständige Arbeitsweise, klarer Ownership‑Ansatz.
• Erfahrung im iGaming- oder Affiliate-Marketing-Bereich ist von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Umsatzwachstum auf bestehenden Affiliate‑Sites vorantreiben und strategische SEO‑Pläne umsetzen.
• Ranking von Money Pages verbessern und Content-Optimierung sowie CTR-Steigerung vorantreiben.
• Backlink-Kampagnen führen und Partnerschaften mit Agenturen/Foren koordinieren.
• Neue Affiliate‑Sites von Grund auf planen, strukturieren und go‑live bringen.
• Schnell auf Google-Updates reagieren und Traffic-Verluste gezielt abfedern.

You’ll work across two areas: driving more revenue out of affiliate sites that are already live, and helping take brand-new sites from a blank page to go-live — keyword clustering, content structure, stakeholder coordination, the whole build. Every Google update, every new market, every publisher conversation is something you’ll get your hands on.

This is what you'll do

• Drive revenue growth on existing affiliate sites:Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies, and own the on-page and off-page work that moves the needle.
• Improve and maintain rankings on key money pages:Run content audits, apply intent mapping, and improve CTR and SERP feature capture on your highest-value pages.
• Lead backlink campaigns:Build and execute link-building strategies across multiple affiliate sites, working with agencies, forums, and outreach partners to strengthen domain authority.
• Help take new affiliate sites live:Own keyword clustering, topic mapping, and content structure based on market and competitor research, and coordinate with stakeholders to get new sites launched from scratch.
• React fast when the landscape shifts:Assess the impact of Google algorithm updates, figure out what happened and why, and put a clear plan in place to recover traffic — without getting stuck in the noise.

This is what you've got

• Extensive SEO experience, with strong, hands-on expertise in both on-page and off-page work, and a track record of driving organic growth at scale.
• Fluent in German and English, confident in operating with stakeholders in both languages.
• Strong analytical thinking and prioritisation skills — you know what moves the needle and can back your decisions with data.
• Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable owning your workstream without needing to be told what's next.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flat, startup-style environment.
• Experience in iGaming or other affiliate marketing industries is a plus.
