At First Bananas, we’re shaking up the crypto casino space with a bold, player-first approach. Now, we’re looking for an SEO Manager to help us dominate search rankings and bring First Bananas to the forefront of the iGaming world.

The Role

We’re seeking an independent, all-round SEO expert who knows how to get results. You’ve ranked your own projects (maybe even some grey hat ones ), understand the full SEO ecosystem, and can balance technical insight with creative execution.

You’ll lead the charge on everything from on-site optimization to backlink building and help us launch and grow our new blog. If you love the challenge of ranking, understand the crypto/gambling space, and know how to boost DR/AR like a pro—this one’s for you.

• Launch and manage our blog, including structure, content strategy, and ongoing SEO
• Fully optimize our website across all key SEO dimensions (technical, content, structure)
• Develop and execute a strategy for building backlinks, increasing domain authority, and improving ranking metrics
• Perform keyword research and ensure we’re targeting and ranking for high-impact terms
• Track and report on key SEO KPIs and continuously improve site performance
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers as needed—but you’re the driver

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience ranking your own projects or side hustles
• Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Grey hat experience is a bonus (and shows you’ve hustled)
• Strong grasp of blog content, backlinks, keyword strategies, and SEO-driven growth
• Independent work style – you know what to do without handholding
• Experience or familiarity with crypto and/or gambling industries is a big plus
• Comfortable using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
