Equiti, a pioneering fintech firm, is seeking an experienced SEO/AIO Specialist to shape how brands are discovered across traditional search and AI-powered experiences. This fully remote role collaborates with our Europe and Dubai-based teams to improve organic visibility.

You will lead technical SEO, content optimization, and GEO efforts, aligning with content, web development, and marketing to deliver on-time results.

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.
• Develop and implement AI search visibility strategies to increase brand presence across AI-powered search experiences and generative AI platforms.
• Perform technical and on-site SEO audits and collaborate with developers and content editors to implement recommendations.
• Create, prioritize, and manage SEO task backlogs, tickets, and project roadmaps.
• Prepare detailed briefs and requirements for copywriters, content editors, and other stakeholders.
• Track the progress of SEO initiatives and ensure tasks are delivered on time and according to agreed priorities.
• Monitor SEO and AI search performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
• Analyze website performance and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with Content, Web Development, and Marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all digital initiatives.
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, AI search trends, and evolving SEO best practices.

SEO/AIO Specialist for a fully remote position working closely with our Europe and Dubai-based team.

We're looking for an experienced SEO/AIO Specialist who is passionate about shaping how brands are discovered across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences.

As search continues to evolve, traditional SEO is no longer enough. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of SEO and AI search visibility strategies that strengthen Equiti's presence across Google Search, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI-driven discovery platforms.

You will combine technical SEO, content optimization, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve our organic visibility and ensure our content is effectively surfaced by both search engines and LLMs.

What important - in this role, you will connect deep SEO expertise with strong project coordination skills to ensure that SEO initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with business priorities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.

Develop and implement AI search visibility strategies to increase brand presence across AI-powered search experiences and generative AI platforms.

Perform technical and on-site SEO audits and collaborate with developers and content editors to implement recommendations.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO.

Proven experience managing both technical and on-page SEO initiatives.chante

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and modern SEO best practices.

Familiarity with AI-powered search experiences and an understanding of how large language models (LLMs) discover, interpret, and surface web content.

Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
