Infosys is seeking a Transition Manager to oversee the start-up phase of large outsourcing engagements, with a focus on global delivery. The role involves managing transition programs, developing costed plans and staffing models, and leading cross-functional teams across regions.
The candidate should have extensive SI/Consulting delivery experience and be comfortable with a 60–80% travel requirement within the EMEA region. Proficiency in German language is required for this position.
Location - Germany (Anywhere - German language proficiency is required.)
NOTE: Globally mobile for up to 60% - 80% of the time with an Infosys office location in EMEA.
Responsible for managing all aspects of the start up of large engagements (Transition period), with a primary focus on outsourcing using a global delivery model. Engaging with the account team during the pursuit process to deliver the end to end transition solution for the client; taking control, and leading, the due diligence exercise to reduce risk and uncertainty within Infosys’ offering to the client.
