JetBrains is seeking a senior quality engineering leader to own the platform behind TeamCity, building tools and frameworks that empower dozens of engineers to ship confidently.

You will evolve the automated testing platform, identify bottlenecks, and apply practical AI to generate tests, triage failures, and enable self-healing tests across backends and desktop apps.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Kotlin or Java skills with solid OO design and patterns.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation for complex backends, web services, or desktop apps.

• Identify slow, manual, or fragile parts of our engineering process and fix them at the root.
