Superhuman is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end technical recruiting funnel, from sourcing through onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers, design screening and interview frameworks, and drive improvements to candidate experience and diversity initiatives.

The role operates within a remote-first hybrid model intended to foster collaboration, trust, and a strong team culture as the company scales.

Learn more at superhuman.com.## **The Opportunity**As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Superhuman, you'll take full ownership of our technical recruiting funnel, driving outcomes from initial sourcing through closing and onboarding. You'll strategically design and optimize each stage of the recruiting funnel—engaging passive prospects, qualifying candidates, managing interviews, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers at every stage, building collaborative relationships to deeply understand role needs and team culture.
