Die AUMOVIO SE sucht am Standort Frankfurt einen (Senior) Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung des Bereichs Automotive Finance & Controlling. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören TP-Dokumentationen, Kommunikation mit Finanzbehörden und Beratung interner Gesellschaften.

Sie verfügen über einen einschlägigen Hochschulabschluss, mehrjährige TP-Erfahrung und sehr gute Deutsch-/Englischkenntnisse. Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Teamgeist und eigenständiges Arbeiten runden das Profil ab.

Qualifications

• Abschluss in VWL/BWL oder Ähnliches, Diplom-Finanzwirt oder Jura.
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Steuerbereich mit Schwerpunkt Transfer Pricing.
• Fortgeschrittene Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich & mündlich).
• Solide MS Office-Kenntnisse.
• Analytische, kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
• Problemlösungsorientierung, Engagement, Teamgeist.
• Fachwissen zu deutschen/internationalen Transfer-, Steuer- und Preisgrundsätzen vorteilhaft.

Responsibilities

• Bewertung und Dokumentation von Umstrukturierungen und Wertschöpfungskettenprojekten.
• Diskussionen mit deutschen/ausländischen Steuerbehörden im TP-Bereich.
• Kontaktpartner für Gruppenmitglieder bezüglich Transfer Pricing.
• Erstellung globaler und lokaler TP-Dokumentationen (Masterfile, Local File).
• Durchführung von Analysen und Berichten zu TP-Themen, inkl. FAR/DEMPE.
• Koordination von Advanced Pricing Agreements und Streitschlichtung weltweit.
• Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung des TP-Geschäftsmodells und -Policies.
• Unterstützung anderer TP-relevanter Projekte, inkl. M&A.

Stellenbeschreibung

We are looking for you as a (Senior) Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing (m/f/diverse) to support our areaAutomotive Finance and Controlling at the locations in Frankfurt.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• Evaluation and documentation of restructurings and value chain transformation projects, including transfer of functions and valuation of intangibles
• Discussions with German and foreign tax authorities, in particular as part of the defense of Continental transfer pricing in tax audits
• Being contact partner for German and foreign group companies with regard to transfer pricing topics
• Preparation of the global and local transfer pricing documentation of Continental Group (Masterfile, Local File)
• Carrying out data analyses and preparation of reports with regard to transfer pricing topics, including FAR and DEMPE analyses
• Coordination and implementation of advance pricing agreements and dispute resolution processes worldwide
• Review and further development of Continental’s transfer pricing business model and policies
• Participation in and advice to other projects relevant from a transfer pricing perspective, including M&A projects and other restructuring projects

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar, including graduation as Diplom-Finanzwirt, or Law
• Several years of work experiences in a tax advisory company, inhouse tax department of multinational entities or tax authorities with the main subject in the fields of transfer pricing
• Advanced German and English language skills (written and spoken)
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Good analytical and communication skills as well as independent way of working
• Problem solving mindset, strong commitment, advanced analytical and excellent communication skills as well as team spirit attitude
• Expert knowledge of German and international transfer, tax and pricing principles will be a plus
