Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant for a HYBRID role. The position features a flexible 40-hour baseline with a 55-hour busy season and the potential to advance to Partner/Owner as part of a dynamic firm.

You will review and prepare tax returns for individuals, corporations, non-profits and trusts, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations. The company offers profit sharing, 401(k) matching and PTO from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with CPA certification or eligibility.
• EA – Enrolled Agent certification is highly welcomed.
• 2+ years in tax preparation.

Responsibilities

• Review expertise: Oversee and review individual, corporate, non-profit, and trust tax returns.
• Preparation of Taxes: Prepare and manage your portfolio of individual, corporate, non-profit, and trust tax returns.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal tax regulations.
