Zusammenfassung

Sprinto is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions in a remote-first environment. You will partner with hiring managers to translate business priorities into effective recruitment strategies and build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and referrals.

You will champion a high-quality candidate experience, analyse hiring metrics to remove bottlenecks, and continuously optimise recruiting performance.
