Antech Diagnostics Germany GmbH is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across Europe and APAC. You will collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract and retain top talent while promoting Antech and Mars as an employer of choice.

This role requires strong sourcing, collaboration and influencing skills, and the ability to manage complex recruitment projects in a fast-paced, global environment. Fluency in English and German is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in corporate/global environment.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies and talent market analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Workday ATS preferred.
• Fluency in English and German required.

• Support employer branding initiatives and represent Antech at industry events.
• Collaborate with People & Organization partners on talent strategies and succession planning.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple European and APAC countries. Acting as a strategic advisor, you will collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract and retain top-tier talent while promoting Antech and Mars as an employer of choice. This role operates within Antech / Mars Science and Diagnostics Talent Acquisition team, collaborating with various stakeholders across EU and APAC. The position requires strong talent sourcing, collaboration and influencing skills, and the ability to manage complex recruitment projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a corporate or global environment
• Expertise in sourcing strategies and talent market analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Experience with Workday ATS preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
• Fluency in both English AND German REQUIRED
• Additional European languages are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
