Rocket Factory Augsburg is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the TA team and drive recruitment across Germany and the UK. You will partner with department leads to shape hiring strategies and oversee workforce planning to support rapid growth in a dynamic New Space startup.

The role requires 7–8+ years in Talent Acquisition, strong leadership, and proven ability to scale technical teams, with fluency in English and German as a plus. Flexible, international environment offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related discipline.
• 7–8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within an aerospace & high-growth environment.
• Proven experience in scaling a technical organization by 5x.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring recruiters and managing Talent Acquisition activities across multiple business areas.
• Proven experience developing recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Experience leading employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Experience working with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse, and can capitalise & suggest improvements through understanding the recruitment analytics.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; German is a plus.
