Your mission

As a Senior Talent Partner at STARK, you will take strategic ownership of recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, and operational functions in multiple European locations. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior Hiring Managers and leadership, shaping hiring strategies, driving execution, and ensuring STARK attracts and hires exceptional talent at scale. This role is suited for an experienced recruiter who combines hands‑on delivery with strategic thinking, thrives in complex environments, and is comfortable operating at both operational and leadership levels within a fast‑growing defence technology company.

Responsibilities
  • Own and lead full‑cycle recruitment from role intake to offer stage across complex and business‑critical roles in multiple European locations.
  • Partner closely with senior Hiring Managers and leadership to define hiring strategies, workforce plans, and prioritisation across teams and regions.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies across European talent markets, particularly for hard‑to‑hire technical and engineering profiles.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent availability, market conditions, and hiring risks, influencing decision‑making at senior level.
  • Ensure high‑quality candidate assessment through structured interviews, clear evaluation frameworks, and data‑driven recommendations.
  • Oversee and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Own pipeline management and data integrity within Personio, using metrics to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to employer branding strategy and content to strengthen STARK’s positioning in competitive European talent markets.
  • Support cross‑functional hiring initiatives, new site build‑ups, and organisational scaling across Europe.
  • Work closely with the Stockholm‑based team and senior stakeholders across European locations.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Partner, or Talent Acquisition Partner in an in‑house or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, engineering, or operational roles at scale.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions in complex organisations.
  • Deep understanding of European talent markets and cross‑border hiring.
  • Highly structured, data‑driven, and execution‑focused working style.
  • Comfortable operating independently in fast‑paced, ambiguous, and high‑accountability environments.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands‑on delivery.
  • Fluent in English and German (C1/native)
