Drooms in Frankfurt is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer (Windows/M365) to take technical ownership of our business IT landscape and advance our Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace environment. You will combine hands-on technical leadership with operational responsibility to keep IT services reliable and scalable.

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Windows clients and macOS.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, security, networking, and operational processes.
• Experience with IT projects, migrations, and process improvements.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is an advantage.

• Ensure smooth helpdesk operations through technical guidance, documentation, and escalation support.
• Drive IT projects, system improvements, migrations, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and translate business requirements into reliable IT solutions.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement of IT processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as a Systems Engineer, IT Administrator, or in a similar role in a Windows/Microsoft 365 environment
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies
• Strong knowledge of Windows clients, macOS, Entra ID / Active Directory
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, security, networking, and operational processes
• Experience with IT projects, migrations, and process improvements
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience with the Atlassian tool stack, especially Jira and Confluence, is an advantage
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
