Join us as a Senior Systems Engineer (all genders) in our Autonomous Driving Function team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!

Our Autonomous Driving Function team develops the core system that enables autonomous driving for future mobility solutions. We transform stakeholder needs into concepts and requirements, collaborate with our partners and suppliers to develop the self-driving system, and ensure seamless integration into vehicle platforms. Working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, we combine innovation, focus, and agility to deliver cutting‑edge autonomous driving functions that shape the future of transportation.

What you will do
  • Derive requirements for autonomous driving functions from high‑level objectives, stakeholder requirements, and law and regulations
  • Develop system concepts and ensure alignment with safety, performance, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers to clarify requirements, monitor deliverables, and resolve technical issues
  • Represent development progress, risks, and key decisions in management meetings
  • Drive integration and validation activities to ensure seamless functionality in vehicle platforms
