EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Architect for Financial Services in Germany. The role combines architecture leadership with hands-on design of AI-native, cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud, driving enterprise transformation and aligning with client business goals.

You will mentor delivery teams, engage with C-level stakeholders, and support presales activities while staying ahead of Google Cloud and GenAI advancements. Hybrid work across Berlin/Frankfurt/Munich is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, platform engineering or enterprise IT.
• 5+ years in the financial services domain with digital transformation focus.
• Proven design of AI-native and GenAI-based enterprise solutions.
• Strong SDLC, CI/CD and agile delivery experience.
• Excellent communication with C-level stakeholders in German and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape technology roadmaps, define enterprise architectures and ensure successful execution of large-scale digital transformation initiatives.The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business consulting skills to influence solution strategy and drive measurable business outcomes.
