• Reports to Head of IT Infrastructure, close to where decisions happen
• Owns M365, keeps it flowing, stable, and quietly powerful
• Orchestrates Windows, Linux & Mac into one ecosystem
• Builds stability so others can move fast without friction
• Turns performance into something you don’t have to think about
• Sees risks before they surface and removes them early
• Shapes the network (VLANs, firewalls, switching) as a resilient backbone
• Steps in when it matters: support that actually supports
• Connects people, systems, and partners seamlessly
• Makes security, backups & M365 tools feel invisible but essential.

You’re the kind of person who notices when things just work and takes pride in making that happen. While others focus on their tasks, you quietly ensure the systems behind it all are stable, secure, and ready to scale. You don’t chase problems—you design environments where they rarely occur.

Your profile

• You’ve built your expertise through real‑world experience; not just theory (degree is a plus, not a must)
• 5+ years in system engineering, working hands‑on in professional environments
• Confident across Windows, Active Directory / Azure, Microsoft 365, Linux, and Mac
• Experienced in M365 backup strategies and local backup solutions
• Strong networking know‑how (switching, VLANs, firewalls, segmentation, NAC)
• Proven in implementing and maintaining IT security concepts
• Work independently when needed but know how to collaborate effectively
• Structure your work, prioritize well, and take ownership of your tasks
• Bring a professional mindset: reliable, solution‑oriented, and used to getting things done
• Communicate clearly in English; German is a plus.
