Ferroelectric Memory GmbH (FMC) in Dresden, Germany, seeks a Senior Strategy Controller to lead strategic financial planning, modeling and cost structuring for growth initiatives.

You will develop business cases, consolidate financial assumptions, and partner with Management, Finance and R&D to turn opportunities into robust financial models and decision frameworks.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics or related field.
• Several years of professional experience in strategic controlling, financial planning or business development, ideally in a technology environment.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced to expert MS Excel; BI tools (Power BI) experience.
• Analytical and structured working style with a strong business/strategic mindset.
• Fluent in English and conversational German for business interactions.
• Proactive, hands-on team player in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Take an active role in strategic controlling, developing financial models that support key business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Develop business cases, investment analyses and ad-hoc evaluations for high-impact projects, and present.
• Consolidate and structure financial assumptions, project costs and investment requirements across strategic initiatives and technology roadmaps.
• Evaluate and stress-test strategic options such as new markets, partnerships, product lines and expansion scenarios for executive decisions.
• Partner with Management, Finance, R&D and project teams to translate strategic opportunities into financial decision frameworks.
• Identify value-creation opportunities and support long-term planning with data-driven insights.
