Sie arbeiten eigenständig sowie im Team und verfügen über umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Workspace-Umgebungen, MDM, Cloud-Infrastruktur und moderner Software-Administration. Zentrale Rolle für Produktivität und Sicherheit.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in IT-Systemen oder verwandten Feldern.
• Erfahrung im IT-Support nach Best Practices und Analysen.
• Nachweisliche Führungserfahrung in kleinem Team.
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit in technologiebezogenen Projekten.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Google Workspace, Office 365, MDM (JAMF/InTune) und SaaS-Anwendungen.
• Umfassende Kenntnisse von KI-Tools zur Mitarbeiterproduktivität.
• Scripting-Kenntnisse zur Erstellung benutzerdefinierter Funktionen.
• Erfahrung mit Web-Frontend HTML, CSS, App Script, Python und Cursor AI.
• Verständnis von Cloud-Infrastruktur und Deployment- Praktiken.
• Allgemeines IT-Know-how zu Büroinfrastruktur (WLAN).

Aufgaben

Deine Position

As the (Senior / Staff) IT Operations Specialist, you will be the assigned Tech counterpart for the holding/central employees at 1KOMMA5. This means that every 1KOMMA5 employee in the holding will know their Tech Business Partner by name, and have trust to include them in all technical discussions that improve their productivity. You are accountable for the holdings success.

The role is divided into 3 key value areas

• Tech Support on level 1, 2 and 3 tickets created by holding employees. The goal here is to be familiar with stakeholders for faster, more efficient turnaround. Tickets are not escalated, but are triaged and discussed to improve technical understanding and develop.
• You will also monitor queues for the other markets for urgent out of hours requests, and action them when necessary. Level 1 and 2 tickets may be delegated to working students in the team, with guidance and accountability.
• Tech Projects – This refers to projects imposed by Employee Technology Platform product strategy such as rollout of Chrome OS and tool consolidations for the holding. This also refers to inbound projects imposed by holding teams (e.g. tailor onboarding experience, setup n8n flows).
• Tech Consulting – Providing solutions using existing tools first, through enablement sessions. If no solutions exist, working with teams to technically own and benchmark new applications. There is a particular push to enable AI usage to boost productivity. This means any queries on how to use basic or advanced AI toolings would be directed to this role.

Dein Profil

• Minimum of 10+ years of proven professional experience in IT systems, systems engineering or a related field
• Experience with IT support ticketing best practices, and analysis
• Proven ability to lead a small and assertive team
• Proven ability to work both independently, and as part of a team on Technology related projects
• Profound knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, Mobile Device Management (JAMF and InTune) and other SaaS applications (Zoho CRM is a huge plus) surrounding employee productivity, collaboration and security
• Profound knowledge of AI tooling, specifically relating to employee productivity
• Understanding on how to utilize scripting to build bespoke functions.
• Experience with web-front end HTML, CSS, AppScript, Python and Cursor AI
• Understanding of the workings of cloud infrastructure and code deployment practices and discipline is a huge plus
• Generalist knowledge of office infrastructure (e.g. office WLAN)
• Comprehensive knowledge and proven disciplinary action of domain management
• Strong people skills, being able to persuade and consult non-technical stakeholders on technical solutions
