Delivery Hero is seeking a Senior Specialist, Total Rewards (Equity) to join the Total Rewards Center of Excellence in Berlin. You will lead equity programs, ensure accuracy in administration systems, and drive data-informed decisions, partnering with Legal and Finance to ensure global compliance and successful program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the Delivery Hero’s Reward philosophy and strategy, for our Berlin Headquarters, and in around 65 countries
• Manage our global Long-Term Incentive Program (LTIP) and Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP), in particular LTIP grants, ESPP enrolments, stock option exercise windows, RSU releases and global compliance
• Ensure data accuracy and smooth process flows in the equity administration tool and our HRIS (Workday)
• Play an important role in decision making and finding innovative solutions for complex challenges utilizing data, facts and trends
• Serve as a first point of contact for any matter regarding compensation and benefits, particularly equity
• Work closely with the Legal and Finance team

Qualifications

• You are driven by the idea of building an ‘amazing employee Reward experience’
• You have 3+ years experience of managing equity, compensation, HR or global mobility programs
• You hold an academic degree
• You have strong analytical, project management and excel skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, and you are an expert in training and explaining Reward to employees
• You know how to find a key to every person, and know how to build strong relationships with your stakeholders
